<p>Intr-un shaker se agita puternic inghetata, laptele si siropul. se  toarna compozitia intr-un pahar cu picior inalt si se orneaza cu frisca.  Deasupra se presara bomboanele de ciocolata. Bautura se serveste cu un  pai.</p>

<p>Vin de coacaze negre</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>:</p>
<p>1 l suc de coacaze,<br />
2 l apa,<br />
1 kg zahar,<br />
o lamaie mare.</p>
<p><strong>Preparare</strong>: Coacazele curatate, spalate si zdrobite  se amesteca cu apa, apoi, dupa 2-3 zile se strecoara. Zaharul se dizolva  in apa, apoi se pune zeama de lamaie; siropul se fierbe 10 minute, ca  sa se transforme in zaharuri mai simple (glucoza si levuloza), care vor  fermenta mai repede. Dupa ce s-a racit, se amesteca cu sucul de coacaze,  apoi se toarna in damigene (sau butoias) care se vor astupa cu dop de  fermentatie. Dupa 4-6 saptamani, vinul se trage in sticle care, apoi, se  astupa cu dopuri si se pastreaza intr-un loc racoros.</p>
<p><strong>Precizari</strong>: Coacazele negre contin o mai mare cantitate de vitamina C; este un vin tonic.</p>

<p>Suc de soc</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>:</p>
<p>1 kg zahar,<br />
10-12 flori de soc mari,<br />
4-5 lamai sau un pachetel cu sare de lamaie,<br />
150 g zahar pentru caramel,<br />
8 l apa.</p>
<p><strong>Preparare</strong>:</p>
<p>Zaharul se fierbe cu 3 l apa si cu sarea de lamaie sau zeama de la o  lamaie, 15 minute ca sa se transforme in zaharuri mai simple (glucoza si  levuloza), in lichidul acidulat, care va fermenta mai repede fara  drojdie de bere (numai cu drojdiile salbatice care se gasesc in aerul  din mediul inconjurator). Se pune in borcan de 10 l, completand cu  restul de apa rece, zeama de lamaie, coaja de la 1-2 lamai, pentru aroma  si florile de soc. Pentru culoare, se caramelizeaza zaharul, (maro  deschis) si, cand se formeaza putina spuma deasupra, se stinge cu 1/2 l  din lichidul respectiv. Se lasa sa fiarba pana cand se topeste  caramelul, apoi se adauga in borcan si se amesteca bine; borcanul se  lasa acoperit cu un tifon, ca lichidul sa fermenteze 3-4 zile,  amestecand cu lingura, de 3-4 ori pe zi. Cu 10 g drojdie frecata cu o  lingurita de zahar pana se lichefiaza si, apoi, amestecata cu lichidul  din borcan, sucul va fermenta mai repede, in 48 ore. Se poate consuma  imediat, dupa ce a fost tinut la frigider. Fara drojdia de bere, numai  cu drojdii salbatice, sucul va avea un gust mai placut si se va conserva  mai bine. In oricare varianta, dupa ce sucul a devenit putin sifonat,  se strecoara prin tifon dublu, cu un strat subtire de vata deasupra si  se toarna in sticle care se vor astupa foarte bine cu dop de pluta,  legat cu sfoara. Sticlele se vor pune la rece imediat; fara drojdie,  sucul va fermenta mai lent, in circa doua saptamani; apoi, se poate  consuma, cu o bautura alcoolizata. Cand se deschide sticla, sucul  spumeaza ca o sampanie.</p>
<p><strong>Precizari</strong>:</p>
<p>Se poate pastra la rece 3-4 luni.</p>

<p>Visinata</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>5 kg visine,<br />
1/2 kg cirese amare,<br />
1/2 kg zmeura sau fragute,<br />
100 ml rom,<br />
un plic cu zahar vanilat,<br />
1,5 kg zahar,<br />
1,5 l alcool de 70 grade sau 1 l alcool de 87 grade,<br />
1 l rachiu alb,<br />
8-10 picaturi esenta de migdale.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o damigeana de 10 l se pun visinele, impreuna cu ciresele amare si cu zmeura sau fragutele; zaharul se presara la urma, peste ele.</p>
<p>Damigeana se scutura bine, ca sa se amestece fructele cu zaharul. Se leaga la gura cu tifon si se lasa la soare 5-6 zile sau numai la caldura, in bucatarie, pana cand fructele isi lasa zeama si se topeste bine zaharul, agitandu-le zilnic.</p>
<p>Dupa aceea se adauga alcoolul, romul si vanilia. Damigeana se astupa bine si se lasa la rece doua saptamani, agitand-o la 2-3 zile. Dupa acest timp, se poate consuma impreuna cu fructele sau fara fructe.</p>

<p>Ingrediente:</p>

* 250 ml votca.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se fierbe laptele. Cand clocoteste, se pun alunele prajite, decojite si pisate in pilita. Se ia laptele de pe foc si se lasa acoperit o ora.</p>
<p>Se serveste rece, in pahare de cocktail, in care se pune cate o lingura de inghetata si votca (circa 40 ml) si se amesteca.</p>
