<p>Avem astazi o reteta vegana, <strong>placinta cu ciuperci si nuci</strong>, numai buna de pus pe masa de sarbatori. E gustoasa si mai ales hranitoare, iar prepararea nu da prea mari batai de cap.</p>
<h3>Ingrediente placinta cu ciuperci si nuci</h3>

<p>- 2 cepe tocate<br />
- 300 grame de ciuperci tocate<br />
- 200 grame nuci macinate<br />
- 3 felii de paine faramitate<br />
- 300 de grame de aluat-foietaj<br />
- o lingurita maghiran<br />
- o lingura de sos de soia<br />
- o ceasca de supa de legume (sau apa)</p>
<h3>Preparare placinta cu ciuperci si nuci</h3>
<p>Intr-o cratita, caliti ceapa in ulei pana se innmoaie. Adaugati ciupercile si mai caliti cinci minute. Lauti cratita de pe foc, si adaugati supa de legume, nucile, painea, maghiranul, sosul de soia si alte condimente. Lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Intr-o tava, intindeti aluatul de foietaj, acoperiti cu compoztia si intindeti inca o foaie deasupra. Coaceti 20 de minute la puterea maxima a cuptorului, apoi timp de o ora la cea minima.</p>
<h3>Servire placinta cu ciuperci si nuci</h3>
<p>E atat de buna, incat nu mai conteaza cum o srvesti.
